| TAGAYTAY
CITY BRIEF Tagaytay
City is known as the grand viewing deck for the smallest volcano
in the world, Taal Volcano ~ a volcano within a volcano within
a lake. Located 2,200 feet above sea level, Tagaytay’s
invigorating climate temperature averages at 22.7 degrees
Celsius year round. The air is blessedly cool from the moist
breezes coming off from two bodies of water.
Tagaytay is misty and relatively cooler from October and coldest
from December to February with August being the peak of the
rainy months.
Tagaytay City is also famous for organically
grown fruits such as senoritas (small sweet bananas) guyabano
(soursop), langka (jackfruit), pineapples, vegetables, premium
coffee beans, quality beef, mushrooms and a wide variety of
exotic plants and flowers. |
